We cater to the out-of-town executive providing a safe, quiet, private, fully equipped, standalone guesthouse on a 3.5acre lot. One set interior stairs. Living room, full kitchen, 1 queen bedroom w/quality down bedding, Egyptian cotton linens, blackout curtains, air filtration purification. Cozy and inviting while still maintaining a clean uncluttered modern design. Keyless entry, Front door parking.

Close to restaurants, bars, gyms, grocery stores, parks. Six minutes to Memphis.

Guests enjoy the convenience of Memphis, as well as the surrounding communities of Bartlett, Lakeland, Collierville, Germantown, and Cordova. Fantastic location.

Safe, Comfortable and Clean
I needed a safe place to stay near Memphis as I traveled to attend meetjngs there. Mendy’s place was just what I needed! She made the check in process easy. As I pulled in the driveway I knew my stay would be a good one. Comfortable bed and bedding and everything was just right! Even the nice view of the pool out the window was relaxing! I’ll be back!

Perfect and safe
Driving a new vehicle back from out of state, I needed a safe spot to park and get some rest and this property fit the bill perfectly. The space was immaculate and the host is amazing...considerate and flexible. I was held up by weather and didn't arrive until later in the evening and Mendy was very accommodating. This was a first experience for me (usually stay in a hotel if necessary) and it was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was passing through the area...highly recommended! Thank you so much again for a peaceful place to rest after a stressful day!

A beautiful place for a couple to stay. The bed was amazing and the space was clutter free with fun decor. We appreciated the extra accommodations and easy access. Next time, we will stay a little longer!

Perfect Experience
The cleanliness of the property was spotless! The property was as described in the listing. Check in process was easy and communication with the property manager was perfect. This was a great location on the outskirts of Memphis but still easy/close access to tourist spots. Very safe neighborhood. Many extras provided by the host that made for an at home feeling. If I could leave more stars I would! I highly recommend this location. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was THE BEST experience. My spouse and I will return to this location.

Where to begin? This property was literally the nicest place I have ever stayed! I only stayed 1 night but the cleanliness and accommodations were nothing short of incredible. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was. From the time I got there until the next morning when I left Mendy and Robert made me feel safe, cared for and supported. I had a horrible experience at the car rental when I got off my flight. If you are looking for a place to stay in Memphis look no further! It’s 10x better than a hotel or anything I have ever experienced. Thank you to both for stepping up and showing that there really are good people out there and that are willing to help a complete stranger in a time of need!

Perfect place for our cross country trek!
This was the perfect little apartment for our 1 night stay, as my sister and i drove cross country. It was beautiful and so clean. The extra little touches like KCups, snacks were a bonus. Mendy was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall 10 out 10 stars plus a bonus one. Being able to stick our feet in the pool and enjoy the lightning bugs, made for a special way to unwind after 10hrs of driving!

Peaceful escape

Memphis Guest House
This is a lovely property. So clean and welcoming. My husband and I just loved this place. The bed was amazingly comfortable and along with coffee and snacks, they even provided cream in the fridge for our coffee and ice cream for a late night treat. If you are planning on traveling through Memphis or are looking for a Memphis getaway- this place is perfect. And as an added bonus, the pool was beautiful and we spent the evening just floating around. The pool area was so nice and there were floats to use as well. This property and owners are A+. Thanks so much for a great and relaxing stay. We will be back to stay again.

My husband and I had a great experience staying at the Guesthouse! The location is in the outskirts but still close enough to shopping centers and restaurants. The guesthouse has everything you need, with attention to every detail. We were warmly greeted by Mendy and Robert upon our arrival and during our stay. We're actually thinking of a reason to come to Memphis just to stay and meet up again with Mendy and Robert! Great hosts and awesome people!

Exceptional Anniversary Staycation Location
We recently completed a lovely staycation at this remarkable Vrbo property to celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect was simply outstanding. Attention to detail was apparent throughout, from the well-equipped kitchen to the plush towels and high-quality toiletries. The bed and linens were exceptional, better than any hotel we’ve stayed at. We had the most restful sleep and indulged in a few mid afternoon naps. In addition to the remarkable bed, the air conditioning in the property was a welcome respite from the outside heat. When we did venture outside, the sparkling swimming pool served as a soothing haven where we relaxed for hours. The outdoor patio area was well-appointed with poolside loungers, a large umbrella table, and seating area for dining outside. We are so thankful for the hospitality that Mendy and Robert extended to us throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, they demonstrated genuine care and attentiveness, and were quick to respond to all of our questions. In summary, our anniversary staycation at this Vrbo rental was an unforgettable experience. The idyllic location, impeccable accommodations, and remarkable combination of a luxurious bed, refreshing air conditioning, and inviting pool created the perfect setting for our romantic celebration. Home Away from Home
We absolutely love Memphis, all the friendly people we met along the way, food, tourist spots, etc. We loved this private guest house, hosted by Robert and Mendy. They are so kind and welcoming. The guest house is adorable, spacious, comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely be back to visit family and will stay with Robert and Mendy. Hopefully, next time we will get to enjoy the backyard and go swimming. We will also refer them to other family members.
