The worst experience i have ever had. We show up wit our family we had 3 rooms reserved in total and at 9 pm they didn’t have our rooms available and they tried to say that under one of our names there was only one room reserved when on our confirmation email it clearly stated one night two units with two beds and they kept saying they didn’t understand what that meant. We always just use marriot website this was the first time using a third party and another hotel brand and it was horrible experience

Since hotel is fairly new, the property was in good condition and hotel was clean. Only thing I didn’t like was that there are no microwaves in the rooms and in the first floor at night time it smells like sewage.
