Not our best experience
First of all, when we arrived we noticed a great deal of garbage dispersed all over the exterior of the property. There were lighters, cans, plastic, broken bird feeders, and cigarette butts throughout the outdoor space. We picked up as we went along, but likely did not get everything that was left by others.
A few of the chairs in the kitchen are really loose and on the verge of breaking. We were very careful which chairs we used during our stay as to not make them worse, but they need some attention. The kitchen was not super clean either. There were TONS of fruit flies that we could not seem to get rid of during our stay, the oven was pretty dirty, and the face of the cabinets are gross with splatters and food all over them.
In addition to the obvious filth, we saw a mouse run across the kitchen countertop and behind the oven/range. When we pulled the range out to see if we could locate the mouse, we noticed a ton of mouse droppings.
We noted hair left in the bottom of at least one of the showers and dirt in the corners and door jambs throughout the home. The basement bedroom was extremely musty and there were piles of dog hair coming out from under the bed.
I’d also like to note that the door locks of most of the doors are really tricky or improperly installed. This made it difficult to lock the doors at night and when we left the home. It would be very easy for someone to accidentally leave a door unlocked.
Management has not been helpful and denied all of these claims.
