Bedroom 1: The primary suite, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, offers panoramic views of the glistening waters from a private balcony. Ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom with a rejuvenating spa-like shower adds to the indulgence, providing a sanctuary of relaxation.

Bedroom 2: A cozy haven awaits in this charming bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Guests will appreciate the soothing ambiance and thoughtful touches throughout.

Bedroom 3 & 4: These well-appointed first floor bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with queen-sized beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. Guests will feel right at home in these inviting spaces.

Adjacent to the main cabin, a separate two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment above the garage provides additional privacy and comfort for your party.

DOG FRIENDLY
We warmly welcome your furry four-legged friends to our property! With our dog-friendly policy, you can bring along your beloved canine companions to enjoy the vacation with you. Please note that there is a one-time $150 pet fee for each dog to ensure that our space remains pristine for all guests. Additionally, specific terms and conditions for dogs will apply, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for both humans and their four-legged friends.

A fire pit with adirondack chairs allows you to enjoy a fire, make some s’mores and enjoy the great outdoors. Conveniently located between Voyageur Lake and Catfish Lake, The Sandbar Lakehouse is just steps away from a small marina, offering easy access to boat rentals, water accessible gas pumps and other water rentals. The house is conveniently located yards away from in the infamous Eagle River Chain of Lakes sandbar where boats tie-up and individuals can swim throughout the day. The house is located less than ten minutes from downtown Eagle River's restaurants and shops.

WINTER ACTIVITIES
Enjoy the winter months and all that the Northwoods has to offer with your own slice of winter paradise. Located yards from the infamous Eagle River snowmobile trails, guest amenities include a heated garage where you can park your sleds and hang-up your clothes to dry, and a large private driveway where you can unload your trailer and park it away.

After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at The Sandbar Lakehouse, as well as the refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally. The Sandbar Lakehouse does have external cameras that record 24/7 monitoring the driveway as well as the fire pit and also uses noise monitoring systems that monitors noise levels on property to ensure positive neighbor relations and guest experiences.
