Beethoven, the first one I checked into was not cleaned and they moved me into the next room and then the bathtub didn’t drain. No refund no apology was made.

Room was great, staff was fabulous BUT the bathtub was scary. There must have been water damage under the tub and the floor is very soft and bouncy. Felt like we were going to fall through the floor.

The hotel room itself was ok. The parking lot and surrounding area is very sketchy. Homeless camps everywhere. Strung out people walking around at all hours of the night. Parking lot seems very unsafe. I was extremely nervous to leave my car unattended. I'm surprised the hotel allows the homeless to camp out in their parking lot with broke down vehicles.

It was pretty clean and spacious. I really like that there is a fridge and spacious bathroom. However the bed is uncomfortably hard. My spouse and I woke up with terrible back pain every day and we’re only in our early 30s so this is pretty unusual. Overall though the parking lot was well lit, the black out curtains did an amazing job at keeping the light out and it was very quiet.

Clean simple hotel to shower and rest.
Very clean building with a friendly staff. Clean room and sheets. One thing is that the floor above our room is that you can hear the footsteps of the people walking around Breakfast is very basic of coffee, muffins, yogurt and granola bars. . over all it’s a solid 3 star hotel.

Location convenient. First room assigned was not ready for occupancy. Two rooms later we found no chair in room and TV was not connected to the internet. Front desk person, Bill, arrived with a chair and again came to room to connect TV. Slept comfortably. Greeted in the morning by front desk staffer who said that breakfast was very limited because “they” didn’t get my order. Had coffee and breakfast bar. Certainly not what qualified as breakfast as advertised. Must say that both staff individuals were very polite and apologetic for the various challenges we faced. Upon leaving we noticed that the grounds outside were quite littered with trash. Overall, we were disappointed with this stay. Not in keeping with previous stays at other locations. This review is meant to be constructive criticism. Hope it is taken as such.

Clean. Nice room. bed very comfortable. Area around facility has a lot of homeless. Blame City of Portland for not choosing to deal with the issue. Both entrances to the property are hard to find no lighting.
