Location, location, location.....once you park in your driveway, vehicle is no longer needed....yes, that's right....this elegant, brand new home is located in the heart of East Hampton Village and all the attractions that make East Hampton worldwide destination. You can walk to restaurants, bars, shops, train station, Jitney bus, grocery stores and the pristine ocean Beaches which are only 1.2 and 2.2 miles away. And the best part is that the home is situated on quiet cull-de-sac bordering wooded area which makes it centrally located hidden in the woods piece of Paradise. The home is very inviting, meant for indoor and outdoor entreating, open concept first floor, large second living space on the lower level with gym, wet bar, pool table, media center and easy access to the pool. Right outside the kitchen you have an oversized mahogany deck with teak dining set and lounge chairs, lush and mature landscaping, plenty of grassy area around the 20x40 heated gunite pool, for games and fun in the sun. It was built in 2017, so yes, everything is top of the line and brand new, you rarely get such an opportunity in the Center of East Hampton Village.

This house is a great spot - walkable to all things East Hampton, we went to town daily. We biked to the beach! Right next to grocery store, Starbucks, and SoulCycle. We loved it & would book again!

Perfect East Hampton Stay!
I have been visiting East Hampton for 20 years, and find it to be the most magical, chic, prestigious Summer dream town in the country! This house is PERFECTLY positioned so that you can walk to this beautiful town in just a few steps day in and day out. It’s truly a dream, especially with kids. You have the grocery store, shops, restaurants, playgrounds and farmers market at your front door. But the best part if that when you return to the home you would never know what’s going on around the corner. The second you enter, it feels like the perfect private oasis. I love the renovated, clean aesthetic of the home. Perfect for a family with its 5 bedrooms. Nicely appointed and updated. Love the pool and the back deck for family nights. There is an outdoor shower too which is nice when coming home from the beach a few minutes away by car and also one of the best in the country. The host communicated so well with us and we felt very well taken care of during the stay. This house is an East Hampton jackpot! We will be returning.

Best vacation home ever!!
This was truly a home away from home experience and being located so close to the village of East Hampton was the icing on the cake. The house is beautiful and so comfortable and entertaining that we chose to stay in most nights. The Circuit transit system was a dream to use in order to get to and from Main Beach. We plan on returning to this home again. The owners are the nicest people and were so kind and accommodating.

Summer Getaway
After 2 years without a vacation, this long awaited time away was well worth it. The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and Joe was an amazing host. Beach is walkable (about a mile) or you can take the shuttle. Groceries are around the corner. Restaurants all in. Walkable distance. Joe took great care of us…even dropping fresh vegetables for us to enjoy. Wonderful stay!

Amazing property with a great location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in mint condition. All bedrooms, the living room and the dining room are spacious and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is great. The location is unbeatable - secluded yet within a few minutes walking distance of downtown East Hampton with easy access to shops and restaurants as well as basketball and tennis courts. The beaches are also close by and, if you just want to relax at home, the swimming pool, the deck, the gym and the pool table at the property will give you plenty to enjoy. Last but not least, the owners, Joe and Galina, were extremely helpful throughout our stay.

We’ve been coming out to the Hamptons for 30 years and this house was a hidden gem! Awesome location 2 minute walk from town and yet the property is very private. Recently renovated with nice finishes, comfortable beds, very clean, manicured grounds, etc. The host Galina was very quick to respond to any questions we had & a dream to work with. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The host, Galina was wonderful in preparing the home for our arrival and very responsive to all our questions. The house was very clean and as described in the listing. I’ve been renting houses in the Hamptons for the past 16 years and this house was hands-down the best I’ve ever stayed in - and it’s not even close. Everything is spotless and new; comfortable beds and TVs in every well-appointed room; an abundance of modern bathrooms; great kitchen; comfortable living room and great basement with pool table and gym. Best of all is the location; we were able to walk (a short walk) to the heart of East Hampton. Walked to breakfast every morning, dinner several nights, the supermarket, SoulCycle shopping, etc. You can’t do better for a visit to East Hampton.

Perfect location and great house for a family vacation
Situated very short walking distance from all amenities, this newly fitted out house is really perfect for a vacation in East Hampton. The house has a great layout and plenty of space for a big family. The pool and backyard are great for kids and BBQs too. Joe was also a very helpful host. We are looking forward to going back next summer!
