Misleading
There was NO welcoming package on the unstable kitchen table, what I mean was no name or phone number of property owner who I could contact in case of a problem or emergency. I accidently found the fire extinguisher located behind the bedroom door. Speaking of fire extinguisher, if tyer was a fire there was only one way to enter or exit the basement apartment, there was no egress window. It stated that a washer was available, but not direction on how, when to use it or if the dryer was also available for use. Ceiling tiles were stained, walls needed to be washed and repainted and also needed repair. The bath had no towels and there was a used bar of soap on the shelf of the shower. The refrigerator shelves needed to be cleaned, and I had no idea where to empty the garbage. I think that before you list a property for rent, you should send someone to check it out. I asked prior to booking if I could have someone review this rental but received no answer from property manager or your company. If I could have without losing my money I would have left this place. Feel free to contact me for any explanation on this review.
