Loved the building along with the fitness suite. Staff very helpful. Good range of breakfasts. Walking distance to restaurants etc... Would happily stay there again. Who said its grim up north ! The people are lovely !

The photo on website is actually the back of the hotel. The entrance and therefore front of hotel is totally underwhelming. Looks more like blocks of flats! Definitely needs refurbishment inside, carpets stained and well worn. Buffet breakfast had little choice, possibly because it had not been replenished when we went in to eat at 9am (served til 9.30). The cooked breakfast was average. Our executive room had 2 double beds which was great, bedding clean, pillows could have been bigger. Towels in bathroom good quality.

The staff at this hotel make it, they are friendly and helpful at all times. We stayed at the hotel for the New Years Eve Gala. The food was excellent as was the service. The hotel however is just a little tired looking.! The rooms are extremely old fashioned and the beds quite small. Our room was huge though, as was the bathroom And it was really clean. I would stay here again but the whole place could really do with a re-fit

I've stayed at Willerby Manor a couple of times and never had a problem. However on this stay there was an incident in the car park and when I asked a member of staff to review the CCTV footage I was told the footage didn't show anything. I phoned back after I checked out to be told that they did have information. Very disappointed that the staff phoned me to lie about the situation initially
