The hotel was good but not the standard that I have always experienced. 1. Bathtub had a small hole in the tub. 2. Shower curtain was worn and torn at the top. 3. Floor mat was slightly wet before I even used the shower. 4. Staff at the bar area were overworked, understaffed and were not able to be friendly bae cause they were so busy trying to help other guest. (They need more staff) also use of coupons for a free drink are too restrictive. 5. Area where the hotel is located it too isolated and neighboring hotel next door had their guest just hanging out ondee a tree with folding chairs just hanging out. Made Embassy Suites look very cheap. I was over all disappointed but maybe I just had my expectations higher than what it should have been.

Gentleman at the Reception was very nice even though overwhelmed because he was alone at the front desk and there were multiple check-ins at the same time. Beautiful hotel!

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was very spacious with a nice sitting area set apart from the bedroom. What missed the mark for me was: no shampoo provided; bed linens didn’t seem clean; bed pillows were small and lumpy; furnishings were stained. Also, we were looking forward to the breakfast - which was really disappointing. The dishes provided were dirty, no cream provided for coffee (only Coffemate); rubbery sausage rounds; and some poor guy making omelettes made to order for 20 people - ended-up waiting 20 mins for my omelette and it wasn’t the one I ordered. All-in-all, its a shame the beautiful ambiance and decor of the building interior isn’t reticent of the other aspects of the hotel. If they took better care w overall cleanliness and provided a decent breakfast, it would be a perfect spot to stay.

We preferred embassy suites due to the breakfast. But the breakfast was limited and no order to make options even available. No pan cakes, no waffles were available. The services were very limited. Also, the staff was not courteous at all except the one. Overall the stay was ok and average.So not happy at all.

I have many complaints, Freezing pool Bad service at bar women working acted very confused and not able to do her job left without being served after another guest stated he had not been waited on yet and he was there for a long time bar tender was opening and showing people food that was not theirs giving wrong orders to customers. Room not clean hair all over shower and lining in tub had water in between shower racks broken toilet had toilet paper in it upon check in garbage on the couch bed very uncomfortable air vent on wall the cover was pulled up.

Breakfasts were avarage . The sofa bed’s mattress gave no support and the blankets were stained and dirty. The ice maker’s machine across our room was extremely loud and very disturbing to put up with ALL NIGHT !! Putting a door on that room would have given us some peace and quiet for the three days!
