Good for the money, comfortable bed at a fair price, while its not perfectly clean and well maintained, its better then any other hotel in the Syracuse area for $61 per night.

The property was unkept. The weeds were everywhere. The people at the front desk seem to not care that you were even there.

It was okay but the room we had needed some work to update it. Toilet leaked and one of the windows had a large crack from top to bottom which caused condensation on the windows constantly and made the room humid.

Coffee is am is hit or miss. Staff pretty nice. Keep your initial cash deposit receipt, or you might not get it back without your own proof.

Arrive, sleep and go on.
We stayed in the Motel for one night. The tables and floors were sticky, the bathroom door had a hole and the bathtub was broken. However, the price was excellent.

This has to be the saddest hotel I have stayed at in a long time. MInd you, it was only for one night so I do not judge thee hotels harshly. But this one? First off, when we checked in around 6-7pm, the room was not ready. The front staff told us 15 minutes. Ok, fine. So we sat down to wait in the lobby but then 5 minutes later another gentleman tells us the room is ready. We get our key and go up to the room.... and guess what? The room was NOT READY. It had not been cleaned out, trash was still there, the tub was gross. So we have to go BACK downstairs to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready. The lack of communication between staff was annoying. The room itself was tiny. The bathroom was tiny. We ordered a room with a pull out mattress for my daughter to sleep in. The mattress had a huge ugly stain on it and had no spare blankets or sheets. So she ended up sleeping in the bed with my husband and I, and that was definitely uncomfortable. The area is definitely not safe after dark, had lots of trash on the outside when we got up in the morning. We did not even bother with the free breakfast. Overall, absolutely terrible.

Ok, but the hotel needs some TLC
The room was OK for the overnight stop we needed, but the hotel grounds were covered in cigarette butts and the room smelled vaguely of smoke, too. The stairwell was dirty and the floors need a good mopping (they were slightly sticky and turned our socks black). The TV picture was fuzzy and the battery cover on the remote was missing.

Extremely poor customer service
I asked immediately upon arriving if I could extend the check out till 2pm as I would be working 6-2 and could not leave the did alone in the vehicle. I even agreed to pay extra but was denied so I cancelled my reservation and was told I could get a refund from booking agency. I tried that today and was told the hotel had me as a no show. I was on the phone with my grandson when he attempted to check in and heard every word he was told. I called there myself to say it was not a no show and they agreed to The cancellation but they lied to me and to the booking agency - these people need to Be vetted better if you’re going to represent them because we are your clients too and expect you to represent reliable hotels
