Great family house
An ideal place to stay for our ski vacation. It was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was great for family meals and was stocked with all you could need to fix great meals. It was spacious enough to play family games and have movie nights! Highly recommend for a family stay.

Overall great place to stay
We chose here because it was close to our friends we were visiting and the price was great. Overall we enjoyed the house and amenities, though we didn't need to use much either. The only areas that need a little attention are some appliances and being properly cleaned/maintained. The property itself was very clean but the water kettle has buildup that was flaking inside of it and the Keurig must have been left with water in it because there was buildup inside the water tank that I couldn't get the scrubber to. We use used the coffee pot instead, it wasn't a big deal just a little inconvenient. Would stay there again, and likely will do so in the near future. Thank you!

Comfortable home in a neighborhood
This place feels likes someone's home and not a cookie cutter rental. The kitchen is well appointed. The furniture in the living room can use a little updating but it was otherwise fine. The outdoor patio was great with view of hill that contained quail and other birds. Neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The house and property management worked out well. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because some dishes were put away dirty. And there were several bags of garbage in the garage and one was spilled out a little. Not terrible, but enough to give 5 stars. Thanks.

Great for a ski weekend
Great little house for a ski-getaway. We had two families (8 people total) so it felt a bit small, but was perfect for just a short weekend. We liked the neighborhood for walking around and getting good views of the valley. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked and the garage was a great place to store stuff. Easy driving distance to town.

Alarm went off 3x/day every day, multiple broken items
The first thing that happened when we arrived was the alarm system started beeping at 6pm, multiple beeps every 1 minute, until silenced. Then it happened again at 9pm. We called the property manager, which is Vacasa. They were unhelpful and didn't seem to understand the problem. We knew how to silence it, but we couldn't make it stop. It continued to go off at 8am, 6pm, and 9pm every day we were there. I called Vacasa multiple times, and they never got back to me with any kind of solution. There is a Direct TV set up, but it doesn't work-- you can watch a program for only a few minutes before the screen freezes, and it remains frozen for up to 10 minutes, so basically you can't watch TV. There is WiFi, but it cuts out every 10 minutes. My spouse had to work during the day, and this was impossible without an internet connection. There is almost no signal at all at the house for either Verizon or T-Mobile. So, to stay there you are almost completely off the grid. Other broken items: the garage door opener did not work-- likely needs a new battery The spray part of the kitchen faucet is broken Living room light fixture is out The master bed is king sized and has a memory foam mattress topper on it. I'm sure lots of people like that, but it is terrible if you have back issues or get hot at night. The house was clean and there were plenty of towels and the kitchen is well supplied with dishes and pans. The knives are so dull it is dangerous to use them. The location is high up in the hills above the town, not near anything, but because Wenatchee is so small, you can get most places within 15 minutes. The drive up to Mission Ridge is only 32 minutes. Overall, we tolerated it fine, but I would not stay there again. And I will avoid renting from Vacasa ever again-- they were terrible.
