The queen size bed was super comfortable. One of the best Ive slept in. It was quiet and the location was great.

Pleasant spacious room. Adequate clean bathroom (could do with hand towel rail) A convenient route to the dining areas would have been good. As it is, at least some signage to each restaurant would help.

Bed was comfortable; plenty of hot water for shower. Check-in staff member seemed busy sharing check-in with bar duties. No information about facilities, etc. offered and no breakfast pre-booked as required (we had to go to a nearby cafe). Wi-fi signal was too weak to connect. TV reception was limited.

The rooms are noisy once you have an occupancy beside or above you. You can hear toilets flushing showers running air conditioners etc quite disruptive.

The Imperial is a lovely establishment. The room was more than adequate, clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food in the hotel was excellent. Location made it very easy to walk up and down Bowral without needing to move your car.

It was mostly quiet but above us was a noisy guest. The staff we met were lovely. There was a lot of wind that was whistling through the room. Maybe a draught excluder for the door.
