Mario was awesome from the time he picked up the phone willing to help in anyway very good customer service. The rooms are clean and we had been up for hunting and requested to be near exit to haul our gear in and we had a pet. The breakfast was awesome. The morning breakfast staff was great and also accommodating. Mario also assured us that there would be somebody there 24 seven if we needed anything

Windsor Place is clean and quiet with good wifi. Although some of the furniture is a bit worn, the rooms are large and it is overall a good value for the money. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including some that are easily walkable. This is my go-to hotel in PdC.

Not very good. Pool and ice machine out of order. No internet or clerk in our building. Cracked window with no lock on it. Room was clean but needed TLC. Didn’t try breakfast. Could move to internet and clerk building for extra $20

We've stayed here before and it was really nice. But this time, we were put into their "2nd building" which I didn't know they had. Looks like was a former Super 8. This was rather run down and not very nice. If I had known we would be there, I wouldn't have made reservations here. I didn't bring a hairdryer because it said they had one but it was non-functioning. Also, the wi-fi did not work.
