Don’t book if you’re trying to relax!
Mindy was amazing in accommodating. However, I paid extra for a king suite and the hotel didn’t have any available so instead of contacting me after I already paid for it, they downgraded me a tiny queen room. The second night, there was people smoking pot in the room and with two young children with me it was horrible to deal with the smell! These people had their door propped over and were directly across the room. There has been a reunion and weddings while here and nobody was emptying the trash bins around the property, where my car was parked there were full beer cans all over that my child and I ended up picking up so another kid wouldn’t find them. There were no towels in the pool area and no staff. Trying to relax in the hot tub that should only be for adults, there were children literally climbing all over me and jumping in like it was a regular pool. Nothing relaxing about my time here. But again, Mindy was amazing. There was a gal that worked before her Sunday morning (8/11) and the only words for her- you’re in the wrong industry! She was totally disrespectful and had a horrible attitude!

The room was dark not enough light even in the day. The head board fell off when we sat on the bed. I told the front desk and they were going to have house keeping fix it or move us to a different room I came back to the room later and nothing was done I had to ask for the extra blanket that they said they would bring up. Went to use the iron and iron ba hard to take the wrinkles out of my dress the irons know to adjust setting were broken the ironing board was broke. I had to go to the desk to get fresh towels for showers. The night person was angry at me for complaining she did come up and fix the bed this place is outdated it doesn’t have automatic doors for handicap people not enough outlets and us extension for more plug ins for tv lamps etc. the staff were not accommodating!!! Worse stay I ever had
