The condition of the hotel was terrible. The first room was filthy and smelly. There were cigarette burns and dirt in the linens, broken furniture and wet carpet. The second room still had garbage from the previous guests and the 7 year old ended up with gum or another sticky substance. This hotel should be put on the Expedia banned properties.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Room had moldy smell. Smoke detector went off at 11pm. Dog was freaking out. Removed it from the wall and noticed it was not plugged in, just running off of a battery that expired two years ago. Brought it to the front desk and let them know it was going off and that the battery had an expiration date of two years ago. They replaced the battery and brought it back to my room. At 1am it started beeping again. Took it to the front desk again and they would not take any blame for the detector and said I should not have taken it down myself. Never mind that the battery was expired and it was not plugged in properly. They called maintenance and he arrived 10 minutes later and installed a new smoke detector and made sure it was plugged in along with a new battery. When I asked about a reduced rate due to all the problems, I was told the only thing they could do is cancel my reservation and I would have to leave (now 1:30 am). My wife and I had a 1200 mile trip ahead of us and with little sleep due to alarms, could not leave at that time. Poor maintenance and poor customer service. Along with this, my sister's room's bed was not properly made and the toilet was dirtier than how she left it.

Beyond grossed out. Realized once I got in the shower it was full of someone else’s hair. I have long brown hair. This was so much short black hair. I have pictures as proof. I confronted the front desk and Asked to speak with a Mgr, and there was nobody that would help. They basically said sorry not sorry. Do NOT stay here!!

Great staff and a decent price, if a bit dated.
This hotel is a bit dated, and the bed wasn’t the best, but it’s a good hotel at a decent price, especially for the area. The staff was friendly and helpful - we felt very welcomed. The breakfast was underwhelming, but the coffee was really good. The site overall is fairly clean - I wasn’t worried about walking barefoot in the room. There isn’t an elevator, so that is a bit inconvenient. Good location to the mall and several other amenities, and easy access from the interstate. And being a smaller hotel, it was fairly quiet despite the nearby street. We will stay again.

While the property was fairly clean, there was no clock in the room and the room was extremely small. The bathroom was so small, it was difficult to dress in there. The breakfast was minimal, but what was there was fresh. No elevator so climbing stairs is difficult if you have mobility issues.
