Awful! Front desk attendant was on a personal call on speaker phone while we checked in. Furniture falling apart, stains in the sitting chair, thin blankets, cost way too much for the experience! And my husband woke up with a large bug bite in the morning! No idea how this place has an 8/10 on hotels.com. Needs to be changed!

Was not worth as much as we paid, that is for sure. Front desk gentleman did not want to be there, he was not friendly at all. Get to our room and the bathrooms dirty-still Kleenex in the garbage and an empty box, blinds don't close completely, half the TV channels didn't work, shower had gunk on the wall. If it hadn't cost over $200 I would have tried to go somewhere else. Parking wasn't great and lotta sketchy looking people outside. Will stay somewhere else next time in SF

Not worth the cost savings.
Toilet wasn’t clean. Carpet felt dirty. Beds were not comfortable. Skipped the breakfast because the bagels were frozen and nothing else seemed worth trying. We were on the first floor, but there were a lot of loud teenagers running up and down the hallway much to late in the evening.

Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure. Semi-updated. Breakfast was decent. It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room. TV is pretty small. Road construction just out front but the location is good.

The parking area around the hotel had a lot of sketchy people around. The one outside door (furthest from the desk and entrance) didn’t lock so anyone could enter the building. When we were leaving there was a man sleeping on the floor of the stairwell- possibly came in this door. The room didn’t look ANYTHING like the photos posted - it was quite dated. The room smelled funny and it wasn’t cleaned well - the tub was dirty, there was garbage under the bed. The breakfast was only meh.

Know what you’re getting
Billboard and property sign highlight being newly renovated yet the hallways and rooms had worn and stretched out carpet. I suspect the signs went up years ago when it was actually done yet never taken down. Bedding was cheap and showed signs of age. Blanket was old and worn and as light a blanket as I have ever seen. Pillows were lumpy and stiff. I suggest asking for the top floor to avoid having to listen to an upstairs neighbor stomp around late night and early morning. Cleanliness was fair but couldn’t really tell due to the brown decor and poor lighting in the room. Included breakfast was good enough to satisfy most any appetite with an offer of fruit, protein, carb options and drink selections. We booked on the reviews and ratings but I would suggest these were a bit slanted somehow.

This was a good stay for the 1 overnight stay we had on our way out west. Comfortable beds. very good water pressure, free parking, clean bedding and towels.
