Located a short drive from central Echuca, 600 meters from a public boat ramp and a stone’s throw from walking tracks to the mighty Murray River. Family friendly, four-bedroom holiday home, fully equipped with all the luxuries to ensure you have a relaxing getaway.

There is a stunning solar heated pool which contains an undercover entertaining area with sink, bar fridge and storage. There is also a fully fenced grass area for the kids to play safely with a large trampoline and basketball ring. There is a separate formal courtyard with a large outdoor setting and BBQ.

The huge Master bedroom is located upstairs with a beautiful deck looking out to the pool area. This room contains a king size bed, with a fold out double bed and single trundle. It also has a TV and a full en-suite with free standing bath.

Downstairs hosts three generous sized bedrooms with some of the original period features of the home. Bedrooms 1 & 2 include a queen size bed, built in robes and views of the manicured gardens.

Bedroom 3 contains two generous king single beds and a single trundle bed. This room also has views of the gardens. Those travelling with children will appreciate the toys available to entertain young kids of various ages.

There is a fully functional modern kitchen located in the main hub of the house, with separate dining and living areas. The downstairs bathroom contains a large free standing bath which provides the perfect way to relax after enjoying all that Echuca has on offer. There is also a European laundry with a washing machine and two double clotheslines.

The property boasts lots of natural light, high ceilings that provide a sense of space, ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout.

The corner allotment provides ample street parking alongside and in front of the house, there is also off-street parking for multiple cars or a boat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious property. We liked the open spaces, big kitchen and bedrooms. This house worked well for us, having the big bedroom/living/bathroom space upstairs that we could use as self contained grandparent accommodation. My kids enjoyed the books that were available to read, and Amy was very easy to communicate with. The renovations were beautiful. There were a couple of things that needed some attention- e.g. the bbq and some kitchen items needed extra cleaning, as did the pool. Overall a really pleasant stay!

The house at 92 Goulburn St Echuca was absolutely above and beyond expectations. It was very clean and all facilities amazing eg, coffee machine, fridge, barbecue, etc, that you wouldn’t find in most holiday rentals. Echuca get away
Echuca has so much to offer and sights and activities for the children. No. 92 Goulburn St, Echuca was the perfect base from which to explore. Some days we didn’t venture very far, instead lazed in and by the pool. Kids had a ball. Toys inside and outside filled in those times of down time. Can’t recommend this property enough. 5/5.

We stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend and loved everything about the house. It is extremely well equipped with everything we needed for a great weekend away. Fabulous house with plenty of space to socialise and then get ready for a family wedding. Lovely garden for photos. Would love to go back for weekend when the hot weather arrives to enjoy the pool and have space for the whole family.

If your looking for a wonderful place to stay, this is it! We have stayed twice now and will be back again. This property feels like a home away from home. Very Well Equipped and Spacious House
House was better than the photos - lovely and roomy and with very comfortable beds. Excellent appliances, including a coffee machine and iPod for music. Plenty of loo paper, shampoos and soaps too which was much appreciated. No clothes dryer which was a bit disappointing given accommodation for 10 people - but we managed with a nice sunny day and plenty of hanging space outside. Thank you so much Amy for all your help - we had such a great stay.
