Ice Fishing Weekend
We plan an annual ice fishing trip every year and this year we decided to try Pineview Reservoir. We found this awesome cabin that used to be a bed and breakfast. Having a bathroom attached to every room was a definite plus. The kitchen was recently updated and was great for cooking and preparing most of our meals. There is plenty of seating in the kitchen and on the adjacent deck. We actually sat outside and soaked up some sunshine during our lunch break. The location is fantastic if you are looking for activities on the lake. It is also very close to the local restaurants which we tried on Saturday night. Our access point to the ice was only a short 15 minute drive from the cabin. The family room upstairs has a huge television and was a great place to relax and recharge at night. The host let us know beforehand that there might be some dust when we arrived due to a recent remodel. It was all cleaned up by the time we arrived, and we canāt wait to see the newly remodeled bedroom during our next visit. We will definitely book this cabin again when we return to Pineview during the summer for open water fishing.
