Located mere minutes from the heart of Wiscasset, this home is Midcoast Maine living at its finest. Spend your days setting sail from the HOA dock, taking out your kayaks for a morning paddle, and open-water swimming from the community's beach and swim platform.

This two-story, riverfront townhome enjoys a truly enviable position. Downtown Wiscasset - known to some as the Prettiest Village in Maine - is less than a mile across the river, home to lovely shops, restaurants, and one of Maine's most famous lobster rolls at Red's Eats. It's the perfect base for your explorations whether you head to Damariscotta (eight miles), Boothbay Harbor (12 miles), the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens (12 miles), Freeport (29 miles), or Camden (36 miles).

The resort community is wonderful for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a dock with boat slips, a kayak launch, a beach and swimming platform, a firepit, and Adirondack chairs on the lawn that look out across the river. You'll also have your own private balcony where you can savor your morning coffee and relax with a glass of wine and a sunset view of the river.

Inside, Whale Watch is full of custom finishes and elegant touches, enhanced by plentiful windows and water views from nearly every room. Enjoy a richly furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace to warm you as you stream movies in the living room, and serene bedrooms to lull you into a restful sleep. Other home conveniences include central air, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Dock details: The dock is an HOA dock with a slip.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
