3 night stay.
Check in was easy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There is ample parking. The hotel is 15 minutes outside Edinburgh and is in a quiet secluded location. The hotel is a good base to explore the surrounding area. 10 minutes from Portobello Beach. 25 minutes from Arthur’s Seat. 30 minutes from the Royal mile and Edinburgh castle. There is plenty to see in Edinburgh, whether it be shopping or museums. The hotel has large grounds for exploring plenty of space inside for relaxing in the large library and sitting rooms. We have stayed several times and will stay again.

Large Country House set in its own huge grounds. Pricewise it was more than my normal budget, but virtually all the hotels in the vinicity were full. The hotel was full of characture. The staff were very attentive. Good buffet breakfast

Beautiful castle property! Loved the mansion amenties, music room with piano, bar lounge, coats of armor, paintings and access to the whole house. Touch notch restaurant on the property. The staff are friendly and its a wonderfully quiet location.

It is stunningly gorgeous . Rooms were big. However , it does need a paint job around the molding and the carpet on the stairs by the lift needs cleaning . It was truly a unique experience staying at Carberry Tower and we loved it

The suites are absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend you stay here, even for one night. You can relax in other rooms of the hotel as well. Typical English breakfast. Expensive restaurant for dinner or lunch.

The staff was amazing and friendly. They arranged our taxis for us and packed us takeaway bags since we were going to miss breakfast for a tour we had scheduled. It was a beautiful mansion with great food.

Absolutely stunning and historic house. The staff were quite helpful with our plans and needs while staying. Phil was delightful, gave us a quick tour and told us about the historic perspective that we would not have known. The grounds are peaceful and well kept. I highly recommend this gorgeous mansion house.
