NOTE:
- the flat is located on the 1st floor with a narrow spiral stairs and an entrance from the back of the building;
- the garden in front of the mansion does not belong to the apartment and cannot be used;
- the apartment is la part of the the main house, and sometimes we provide the main house for a big groups / parties, so please, keep in mind that we don't have a quiet hours at the property, even at night time could be noisy.

In the main bed room when it was raining water dropping above ceiling to inside the bedroom .carpets are wet .you want any photos or video s please contact me thanks
