The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy a relaxing break in North Berwick, whilst providing you with a home from home feel. It's a perfect location (see the amazing pictures)...for wild swimming...the West Bay sandy beach is just over the road! Beach View is also just around the 'corner' from North Berwick High Street which boasts so many delightful shops, a tremendous choice in restaurants - and plenty of inviting pubs. There is also WIFI at this property, as well as good 4G reception.

The sitting room has a beach view and is only a few seconds to the beach...just over the road . There are two comfortable easy chairs, a flat screen television and a dining table to seat two.

There is a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and over head shower, wash hand basin and w/c

Kitchen:
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with electric hob, double oven and fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and everything you need for self-catering.

Outside
Step out of the door and you will see the sea just a stone's throw away! There is a pretty little shared garden at the back which is accessed from the communal hallway back door. The main shopping street in North Berwick is the High Street which is a few meters from the front door.

Please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
