We had a lovely stay at the property. The staff are fantastic. Few notes, children’s room service menu was pretty poor and the food was all hard and cold when it arrived. The beds could definitely be comfier. Looks great, staff are great.

The hotel was very good and the staff very helpful. The only crticism that i have is that the restaraunt was more suited to eating if you were in the North Pole as the heating system has been down for a couple of days and the weather up here is already freezing and so were the guests who ate in the restaraunt.

Nice hotel, would stay again
Really lovely building and new areas nicely done. Pool was great and staff friendly. The only thing that let it down was quality of the food, it was fine but not great. I also got surprise cheese in my omlette (a lot of it!) which i had not asked for which doesnt boost confidence if dealing with intolerances or allergies. But would stay again, its a great location for accessing edinburgh.
