Spacious apartment with a good location! Our family of 4 stayed 2 nights. Instructions to get in were clear. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs and a bathroom, living room, kitchen downstairs. Do be aware that there are fairly steep stairs to climb up to get to the apartment as well as stairs in the apartment. Washer was a big plus though there's no dryer. Area close to the castle yet quiet.

Great location- easy to walk
Our stay here was very good. Communication between Expedia and us wasnt good, but when i called My-Canning they were very good. Nice that it is off the main street.

Spacious and convenient.
We were glad to have the space to spread out for a couple of days after having stayed in some small hotel rooms for the previous couple of weeks. It was great to have a washing machine, even though there was no laundry soap. (We left some for others.) The location was awesome. Castle, grocery store, restaurants all easily walkable. The only negative was that it was a smidge noisy. Nothing that kept us awake, but during the day we could hear the tile saws of workers outside almost as if they were inside. We would stay here again.

I tried to feed this back to company prior to review but received no reply or refund. Initial thought was it was lovely flat in central location. I wouldnt suggest this for single person as although central you do still have to go along quiet streets to get to it. Unfortunately bed was the squeakiest bed weve ever been in...just could not move without really loud squeaks so neither of us got a good sleep. I tried sleeping downstairs but noise of the exceptionally squeaky stairs woke my husband. Lots of tech in property but unfortunately no manuals to tell you how to work them and as we were out a lot we just did what we could. Lights in living room could only go on dim setting or they flickered continually. Pity about the squeaks as it really did spoil our break and we came home needing a good sleep. Currently not worth the money in our opinion.

Short stay for a graduation - large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and great shower. An extra key would be useful but flat in a great location and easy to find. Check in instructions easy to follow.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need; the TV even had Netflix and itv etc. already signed in. It’s in a great area in the city centre and very accessible! Most things were in walking distance such as the shopping centre, restaurants, the castle, museums and if not there are many buses. Would highly recommend and have nothing negative to say about it 🙂

Fox and Faun local pub. Access to trams. Centrally located to Edinburgh attractions. Fox and Faun! Edinburgh Farmers Market! Access in general. Stairs were tough at 72. Owner humped our luggage for us. Good man. Fox and Faun! Need manuals for kitchen appliances. Missing upstairs TV remote. Fox and Faun! Bathroom great. Firm mattress! Stairs were tough at 72. 😉 Centrally located. Good access to public transport. Tough initial communication. Small group of people doing the work. All good in the end. Did I mention the Fox and Faun? Everybody needs and appreciates a neighborhood pub. We would gladly return to MyCanningStreetApsrtments especially knowing what we know about the communication piece. Fox and Faun for the win. 😉 Thank you.
