Staff and rooms excellent, well situated. The breakfast team seem disorganised and quite slow. We were unaware that we were able to have breakfast in the club area until the last day and were put in an overflow room and all guests in there would be forgotten. When our food and drinks eventually came staff took them to several tables before finding us. In the buffet area there were no plates or bowls and nobody to ask, such a shame. Other than that a good stay.

Really nice hotel, pretty poor that when we arrived that were told that our room wasn’t ready, “come back in an hope, hour and a half” no apology. Meant we were struggling for time to get ready for our concert.

The hotel was good a bit expensive for one night but closest one to the Usher Hall as we had a show to go to and my wife can't walk far due to her muscular dystrophy so had to book this one although there were cheaper ones available but further away but taxi fares can be a bit expensive back and forth but as i said it was a good hotel.

Hotel stay duggestions
Lovely stay in a club room but would have liked a better view , there was something making a humming noise outside which kept us awake in the last night , would like water to be put in the minibar so chilled on arrival , also a heated towel rail , also no water cups at the spa , overall very good , would like the option of eggs Benedict at breakfast or fried egg/ omelette . Food was very good , also would like extra pillows in room
