This review could have been more detailed and positive if my request for refund on one night had be prioritized.
My travel agent advised, just before we stayed at Spires, that our return air flight had been moved forward by 24 hours. Consequently, our pre-booked stay of 6 nights was shortened to 5 nights. Extensive email communication with Craig Duguid, National Sales Manager, of Spires, followed and at all times he hid behind Terms and Conditions to avoid reimbursement for the lost night of accommodation, effectively condoning corporate theft by taking payment without providing any service. Hence what might have been a more than satisfactory stay and positive review, is now dealt with the indifference that Spires Apartments showed to my request
