Disgusting and unwashed bedding
No fridge, sketchy parking. Pulled out hide a bed, it was the most disgusting thing I’ve see in a hotel. Blood was all over the sheet, it was wet with some liquid and wet on the floor as well. We got a whopping free breakfast and parking for the “inconvenient” sleeping bed.

We stayed at the property on October 19,2024. This hotel used to be a landmark for this city, now it is dated. The elevators and hallways are patched and need some work. Although the room was nicely appointed , on closer look scratched and chipped dresser, patches in the ceiling. Outdated lamps with no plugs for new technology. No room service the lounge closed at 10. We had to go elsewhere to get a drink and something to eat after we attended a concert. Also ,the worst continental breakfast we have ever had.

The property was very nice, staff was super accommodating and helpful, but there was a scene with paramedics when we arrived and the lobby did not smell pleasant at all. Once everything was resolved though, the stay was great.

Although the property is somewhat dated the rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. It would be nice if they had water coolers somewhere to fill water bottles, we used a tremendous amount of bottled water over just 3 days and because housekeeping only refills every 3 days we had to continuously ask for them (a little annoying).

I cannot in good faith recommend this hotel for one reason - beg bugs! Imagine my surprise when after a long, exhausting day of travel and a 3am check in, I unpacked, prepared to brush my teeth, only to see a massive bed bug stuck to the shower curtain. Cue immediately packing up and going down to the lobby. If not for the late hour I would have gone go a different hotel; but didn’t have a choice. The hotel “upgraded” me to a better room (aka one with slightly better shower lol) but the rest of my stay I was paranoid about bed bugs. At the very least, the hotel should have comped my stay instead of sending me fruit trays and repeated phone calls apologizing about the beg bugs lol. Despite the attractive price, any hotel that has bed bugs is just not worth it.
