It was ok, the pillows need an upgrade!
It was ok, read the reviews and they were pretty spot on. $300 deposit on check in because we booked 3rd party and the pillows are terrible! Those pillows need an upgrade 100%. Small, square and very lumpy & hard. All 8 in the room. No extra pillows in room. I think the beds were also doubles, not queens. They seemed smaller than a queen. The pool however was great, the slide was a hit and those kids would come out like rockets, they had a blast. The property has dated decor and dark however it was very clean. Didn’t get to try the breakfast.

Warning! This property charges $300 deposit to stay, if you book on Expedia. It’s almost like they want to punish people for booking 3rd party. Pool area was a mess, no towels and the hot tub was broken. Breakfast was cold and the orange juice was definitely more brown than orange. I have stayed here before and I had zero issues. This time was a different story. Also, check in did not go smooth. I don’t see why it’s such a big deal to want a receipt for the room deposit.

Staff was friendly. Quick to check in. Just wished they had put the ashtray not right by the door. Didn't help the group of men were also smoking weed so had to wait for them to finish before letting my daughter out of the vehicle and bring her inside.

Everything great. Just thought a $300 damage deposit a bit steep. Also had trouble returning funds to my debit card. No cash on hand during checkout after taking my cash at check in. A little strange.

My job was done a day early, they still charged me for 5 days even though I checked out at 8 am on the 4th day, Manager said because I booked 3rd party they had to change the dates of stay, did the chat feature, they said the problem is on the property end as they were taking the payment not them. Then the manager said they didn't clean the room because it was a 5 day stay and were not going to refund the 5th night , as they couldn't clean it to put back in service.. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone working in fort Saskatchewan

The rooms were a little small but for the price it was good! Beds were comfortable. Coffee maker was broke and to the bathroom door was very creaky. Pool and water slide were a big hit. Great breakfast
