The Hilton. A Name In Hotel History. Luxury & Comfort. Strive Towards The Costumers. Never In My Life Have Seen Such A Over Priced Money Hungry Hotel. Like putting lipstick on a pig. $200 night stay. Can get you the perks of wifi , the front desk , great bed & spacious room access to office computer room. Convince of a restaurant. Fancy decor. And single coffee maker. Fancy shower head. That coffee maker makes hot water quicker than what the hot water can on the taps and showers 15-30 min. Seen fancy bathrooms in way cheaper hotels. Shower head looks like it came from Walmart. Then charge / add into room packages breakfast $10 for cold 20 for hot. Mys wells get ya self a lady , book Western Budget room. With hot tubes. Case of beer. You pay about the same but get some real luxury feeling for about the same price and a free breakfast.

The bed in the room I stayed in was rock hard. While the hotel is beautiful and pretty well kept, I had a terrible sleep because of the mattress quailty. Because of this, I will not return.

Check-in was an awful experince. I pre-paid through expedia and front desk said my card declined. My card is good! I planned this trip and got treated disrespectfully as the lady had expedia on speaker phone max volume. The entire lobby bar area heard the lady repeatedly saying my card declined multiple times. For her to only come & say everything is in order. Yeah i know. I prepaid my room through expedia with receipt for proof. How ugly!

The room was not clean when we arrived, however the hotel did clean the room for us. We asked if we could possibly have some complimentary breakfasts for the inconvenience, but the hotel declined. The answer given was we had already received the room at such a low rate that it could not be done. The staff did not seem very interested in making it right beyond cleaning the room, which should have been done in the first place. As well the hotel was marketed as having a hot tub. Although there was a hot tub, it was broken. Hotel staff said it would be fixed by the second night of our stay, it was not fixed by the time we left on our 5th night. Overall not a very good experience with this hotel. I will never book at this location again. I truly think Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their availability.

Because we used a third-party Hotels.com, the payments didn’t go through fast enough, so the hotel made my wife my grandkids and my daughter sit for one hour in the lobby, then the next day they worn them again they may lose their room as payments for the first night went through, but not the second night, this thing seems to be an ongoing problem

Hotel was great! Check in was easy, cost was fair. Room was clean, spacious, and Bed was comfortable. Hotel is very close to the airport but quiet in terms of road/air noise. Only knocks against the place is that it’s could use a little maintenance just in terms of visual appearance. Hotel is located in what I would call an industrial area, not much in the way of restaurants, bars or night life.
