We have stayed at alot of holiday in s and this was the worst one yet. We got dirty bedding, dirty towels,it was hard to get our room cleaned, the pool areA stunk very badly, the staff was not helpful and we were refused three times to speak with management, even at checkout. We will not be returning to that location and will continue to reach managment about our stay. Our toilet also overflowed whole we were at the pool

Clean and safe “ish”
Nice, clean and quiet. Only downsides were the bathroom door in #409 hits the shower curtain which eventually something is going to break on someone the tiles are already cracked and the rod is loose. And the latch to lock the room door looks like it may have been tried to be kicked in at one time as well as the door itself is cracked and the screws are pulling out.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room was immaculate! Usually with hotel stays there is always “something”, but not here. Everything was perfect in that sense. The pool was a little small, but the kids still had a great time! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
