The included breakfast was excellent, the staff were very nice. It was a busy night, New Year's Eve, and they handled everything quickly. I will say, I think it's a pretty new building... but I found that we felt other people slamming their doors a lot. Other than that it was quiet.

This is our second stay at this property. I appreciate that it is standard and therefore predictable. The pool is the highlight for my grandkids and part of the reason we chose the hotel. Sadly, there were issues with the hotel on our last day and the kids were heartbroken. Check out was stressful because there is an insufficient amount of luggage carts. But the front desk person this morning was amazing, patient, and kind. I wish your breakfast room had gluten free options. I like the pump soaps/shampoo's - I wish they were unscented and that would be an easy accomodation to make for many people. Housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful.

Our room was not cleaned since our do not disturb was on for 15 minutes in the morning when we showered. The food at the breakfast was cold. The pool had too much chlorine so your eyes burned after an hour. Have stayed here before and it was great.

Great hotel in St Albert
Hotel was new and clean. The pool and hot tub was a bonus, as was the included breakfast. But, the jewel of the hotel is the front staff at check in…so accommodating and sweet and friendly….. My new go to hotel in St Albert

The room was very nice and clean. The regular beds were really comfortable. The only issues we had were the pull out bed was to uncomfortable for my 11 year old to sleep on. And the water slide was turned off off as well as the hot tub jets. We notified the front desk and it took them almost an hour to send some one. Another family at the pool said they have to do this every time they come. The hotel was really quiet making it easy to relax in the room and the staff was really friendly as well.
