What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Large Master Suite with a HUGE King Bed, attached Ensuite & Walk-in Closet!
- Our house features THREE FULL washrooms. One on the main floor, one attached to the master bedroom and the other located in the hallway upstairs.
- Only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 20 minute drive to YEG Airport
- Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton Designer with Warm-Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.

- Our home features not one...not two... large comfortable Living rooms! Both feature lightening fast Wi-Fi on our large 55" and 50" SMART TV's which feature complimentary Netflix.

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each upstairs bedrooms for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the home fast!
-Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighborhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighborhood fills out.

Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 3 queen beds in the remaining 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 queen bed on the main floor.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access of our home with private entrance during your stay. Getting around from our property is easy and convenient. Our VRBO is located just minutes away from a main roadway to the Anthony Henday providing easy access to the rest of the city.

For those with personal vehicles, ample street and garage pad parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the property is provided. We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

Incredible property
We drove up from Calgary and had a few of our team fly in from BC for a business convention. The check in process was simple and straight forward, and as soon as we walked in we were WOWed by the beautiful house. It was everything and more we could have hoped for, especially after our initial booking for the weekend at a different property was cancelled the day of travel with “maintenance problems” putting us in a tough spot. We were travelling with our dog so options were limited. We got so lucky to have availability at this spot, and the space fit our crew perfectly. We will definitely be booking again in the future without hesitation. Communication was quick and helpful! Only note is that the house is BRAND new, so landscaping has not been done in the back and deck not yet build off back door, but that did not affect our stay one bit.

Top home in Edmonton we could find in searching for a clean, new build rental with enough beds/rooms for 9. GREAT accommodations. Owner was very quick in responding to any questions we had.
