The mattresses were ripped, bed sheets were dirty , rooms were not clean and missing the items stated on their website. There were a lot of flys in the room and the main lobby smelt like sewage. When these issues were brought to the on duty manager they gave me a mother room key to inspect the room , to make sure it was up to my standards, I just looked at the room and said it was because I could tell the over all condition of the complete hotel was deplorable. The hotel should be closed down for a complete over hall, I will never stay at this hotel again, even if it was the last hotel available I would stay in my car

Very disappointed in my room, Blood stains on the sheets. Got moved to another room and was told I would have to move back to my room the next day. So got up and packed only to find out at the desk I didn’t have to move…..The restaurant was good and the one server worked hard all alone to look after a crowd, I would not stay there again. But like most chains I’m sure they don’t care about losing a customer

Everything is good but the only thing I don’t like is the staff. The check out is 12nn and by 11:45am one of the housekeeping staff try to open the door Iam already getting ready to go out of the room I just feel Iam being rushed even I still have 15mins left
