Our 2-nite stay was related to a family visit... and we really only used the room to sleep. The mattresses need replacing which was the only problem - which could've been a deal breaker if we were stating longer. The hotel offers basic amenities and served our purpose. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I typically stay at the Ramada because I know the area well now, but this time around our room wasn’t very clean. There was a big wet spot in between the beds, which did make our shoes stick to the bathroom floors. I assume something was spilled from the previous people and just wasn’t cleaned up.

Will NEVER NEVER stay here again.Ton's of homeless people around the lobby area & parking lot.Homeless person pulled the firealarm during the early morning hrs.Person was sleeping in the stairwell. Walked down 6 flights of stairs.Stairwells were absolutely filthy with feces & garbage.Manager made no attempt to compensate.😡 us for all this nightmare .Don't ever stay here.

Have stayed many times. Enjoyed the peace as it’s a nice get away from my hectic work. And when I’m in town sometimes I stay at your hotel. Never had a problem before. Got there the clerk took all my information, drivers licence & sensitive information from my bank & finances. And my card was not working in the hotel lobby. It worked everywhere else. I felt like this person was just taking all of my info for personal gain and there was zero solution offered. I even offered to get a $300 dollar deposit. That was declined. I could help you get your rate up on Expedia as the hole your digging at 7.1 rating seems to only be declining. Unless that’s the point…
