I stayed here for a total of 6 days I had to transfer rooms cause it was infested with bugs then same with the new room and had to check out then the manager told me I was lying when him and another associate came and seen it all was the worst experience I’ve ever had DO NOT STAY THERE

This is great! Beautiful restaurant with excellent food BUT a better breakfast would be appreciated. I’m pleased they allow dogs. It’s quiet and the staff are friendly. Please add higher toilet seats and grab bars for the disabled. The rooms need to be renovated. Thanks

Had originally booked a room with a king size bed for my wife and myself. My daughter was stranded due to Westjet dispute so she ended up travelling with us. They were very accommodating and changed the room to a 2 bedroom suite for no extra cost. Decent hotel for the price.

It was very nice hotel. Great location. I wasnt that impressed tbpufhr with the buffet breakfest for 13 bucks. It was very small and not alot of option's. Staff was very friendly and nice.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s usually not bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms could use some small updates, shower head was rusty, caulking in the tub was moldy. Had to ask for some new towels as they looked stained/dirty. Sheets had rust stains on them.

Room was not clean. Trash left from previous occupant. Pizza and banana peel in hallway. The room was smoked in. Front desk was out smoking. No answer to calls. No fridge as stated on the listing. I have to say we got another room the second night. Not my first time staying here. But not going back

There was so much garbage in the hallway from the room next to use and the staff didn’t clean it up after I told them. It was so nasty and smelly. There was about 5 Tim Horton DoorDash bags and 5 McDonald bags with half eaten food.
