I am writing to share my disappointment with my stay at the Sawridge Inn in Edmonton on October 24 and 25. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The room was very spartan, with half of the electrical outlets not working and a missing lightbulb in the bathroom. The furniture appeared worn, and the lighting was inadequate. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly, as towels were not replaced. Furthermore, the coffee was not replenished, and when I called for coffee at 5 AM due to an early flight, I was told I needed to come down to get it rather than having it delivered to my room. This was not feasible given my early departure. Overall, I was highly disappointed with the level of service and the condition of the accommodations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the Sawridge Inn to others, nor would I consider staying here again. I have copied Expedia on this correspondence to ensure they are aware of my experience. Thank you for your attention to these issues.

-The lounge area is very appealing -The room smelled like smoke when we got there. -There was No blow dryer in our room. We asked the front desk to send us one and we never got one. -Charger by bed doesn’t work -Shampoo/conditioner was terrible -Needs paint all over. Walls have lots of marks on them. Needs upgrading- makes it look dirty -Lots of Garbage in parking lot

The room needed a lot of repairs, especially the bathroom. There was only one chair and we asked for a second chair so we did not have to sit on the bed, they brought in a desk chair but the seat was very wet and it was really dirty. Will not stay there again
