Kitchen Amenities:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, blender and a toaster
A traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided
Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, kitchen towels, hot pads, and wine glasses are also at the property

Bathrooms:
Bathroom #1(main level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer
Bathroom #2 (main level): Half bathroom with toilet and sink only
Bathroom #3 (upper level): Full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and hair dryer

Outdoor Area:
Two levels of decking off the back of the unit, accessible from the main living space and three bedrooms

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Important Property Notes:
This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

This property is situated in a beautiful, rural setting, as a result, you may encounter insects and wildlife outside our homes. While we have pest control measures in place and strive to maintain a comfortable stay, we cannot fully eliminate the presence of these elements due to the natural surroundings.

This property is equipped with a decibel and nicotine smoke monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with the devices.

Community amenities are overseen and managed by the resort complex management team
