Our holiday apartment is located on the sunny south side and has two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern shower room and is very lovingly furnished. You and your family or friends will certainly feel at home with us.

Leisure: The Chiemsee, also known as the Bavarian Sea, invites you to go sailing, boat and steamer trips, stand-up paddling, visit the Herreninsel with the royal castle of King Ludwig II or the Fraueninsel with the monastery and the beautiful gardens. The range of leisure activities is very varied for children, young people and adults. For children, the surrounding leisure and fairy tale parks in Marquartstein, Oberreit and Ruhpolding as well as some adventure pools in Prien am Chiemsee or Wasserburg am Inn are of particular importance. For adults, the worth seeing medieval towns such as Kufstein, Salzburg or Wasserburg as well as extensive cycle paths (e.g. Pabst-Benedikt-Weg, Via Julia) offer enough space for recreation and culture. The local mountains offer excellent conditions for excursions in all seasons. In summer, the peaks can also be climbed by cable car. However, autumn is the best season for mountain hiking. The temperatures are more pleasant and the mountain forest takes on beautiful colours.

Ruhe und Erholung
Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet, d.h. wir konnten darauf sehr gut und bequem liegen. Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Gebäude und ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wer gerne wandert, findet hier in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Naturparadies mit schön angelegten Wegen - und auch die Chiemgauer Alpen sind zügig und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Schöne Ferienwohnunhäg
Wir haben diese Wohnung für 6 Tage gemietet, waren tagsüber oft unterwegs. Dennoch waren wir begeistert von der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Küche war sehr gut bestückt, da hatten wir schon andere Ferienwohnungen wo fast nichts in der Küche war. Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt und wünschen alles gut.

Ruhe und Natur
Erholsam , wir hatten wunderschönes Wetter, und so fast jeden Tag am Hartsee, der nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt von unserem Haus lag. Eine wunderschöne Wanderung haben wir auch gemacht, los ging es direkt an dem Weg der hinter dem Haus anfängt, über einen schönen Wald , und immer wieder Naturseen die einladen sich zu erfrischen. Unseren Enkel und uns hat es wunderbar gefallen und Spass gemacht.
