Beautiful hotel in an old Ottoman house. The terrasse gives a partial view of the mountains and the lake which is absolutely stunning. Service was great and dogs are allowed which is wonderful! The staff was very happy to give a bit of love to my Yorkshire. Definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.

The service was outstanding. The breakfast made and served by Gulsum and Arkafasin was out of this world! They truly defined Turkish hospitality.

Bad breakfast n dirty room
Breakfast was bad, worse than the Orel that we only paid for about $30 per night. Our only breakfast that has no egg in this Turkey trip n the price we paid was more than &80 per night. 2nd breakfast had egg but we had to share one egg together. We only have 3 pieces of bread but had several dishes of butter, yogurt, peanut, chocolate n jelly. We didn’t know how to eat these dishes without bread. We also had to share a tiny plate of vegetables( tomatoes n cucumber). Room was not very clean, some paint scrapes on the floor.

Very nice, atmospheric hotel.
Very nice and atmospheric hotel. Clean, good location right by the lake, beautiful decor and good service. Breakfast was also very good. Only issue was the sound: it's an old hotel with wooden floors and ceilings, which adds to its character but means that every movement of the guests above and next door to you can be heard acutely. If you have noisy neighbours, as we did, then this can make it somewhat hard to sleep.

We chose this hotel since we thought that it is boutique hotel and would be cozy atmosphere. However, their general staff are quite bad at problem solving. They act like don’t care our contentedness. Hotel is authentic but hospitality is under qualification.

Very special restored guesthouse.
Beautifully restored traditional home. Very comfortable and nice and warm. We were here in December and it was very cold outside. Staff helped us with forward bus information. Breakfast was a tasting platter each with little servings of all sorts of product. Great way to taste the different items available in Turkey. The fruit jams were a treat, delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A real gem

Very good and the decor is lovely area not so good
The hotel interior and outside is to a high standard and the quality of the breakfast is very good. The surrounding area is however very run down and there are no restaurants or bars to note. The hotel staff speak very little English although are as helpful as will allow. The room refreshment facilities need upgrading
