Located between Périgueux and Bergerac, in the countryside in a pleasant and calm environment, this old house with its completely private and secure swimming pool will delight you.
On the ground floor, it has a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 2 children's bedrooms with 1 bathroom and toilets on one side; and a master bedroom of the other with its bathroom, its toilets and a small living room overlooking the back.
Upstairs there is an additional attic bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed.
Ideal home for children, many games and toys are available. A very large private park and a beautiful secure swimming pool.

Lovely house, helpful owner, great pool. Because of the heat the bedroom upstairs would have been very uncomfortable, so it was lucky that part of our group couldn't come

Super séjour en famille/amis
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie demeure pleine de charme. Le jardin bien entretenu et la piscine sont des atouts incontestables de la maison. Les pièces sont bien disposées pour pouvoir accueillir 7 ou 8 personnes. Nous vous conseillons cette maison pour la location de vos vacances. Merci à notre hôte Philippe pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. Quelques petits bémols à revoir : La literie qui a beaucoup trop vécu, tous les matelas. Le lave-vaisselle, qui, malgré plusieurs nettoyages de notre part, ne rend pas la vaisselle correcte. Et les transats autour de la piscine qui, je pense aussi ont très bien vécu.

déçu de l'intérieur du gîte beaucoup de chose sont à prévoir
la personne qui nous a ouvert le gîte très aimable et honnête, par contre le propiétaire devrait penser à faire des travaux, fuite dans une chambre dû à un vasistas défectueux et apparemment sa ne date pas d'aujourd hui, obliger d'aller au fond du couloir pour allumer la lumière, idem pour la mezzanine obliger de monter pour allumer, un bon coup de peinture serait à prévoir, odeur de renfermer du à l'humidité de la chambre qui fuit, bien dommage de laisser un endroit aussi agréable se détérioré. Je ne recommande pas ce gîte tant que les travaux d'amélioration n'on pas été fait.

Cette location correspondait à nos attentes pour son côté pratique et son confort. Endroit à recommander à des personnes avec des enfants. Le portique et ses balançoires ont été particulièrement appréciés par nos petites filles mais il semble necessaire de le sécuriser . Nous avions aussi choisi cette location car il y avait une piscine mais que malheureusement nous n avons jamais utilisé car l eau ne dépassait pas les 22°. Fin août. Peut-être aurions nous pu en profiter si l eau était chauffée. Dommage

Bon séjour malgré tout !
Les points positifs sont les équipements : électroménagers, vaisselle, nombreux jeux pour enfants, piscine et grand terrain indépendants avec arbres fruitiers. Les points négatifs : un nettoyage un peu sommaire à notre arrivée, le nombre d'objets personnels laissés par le propriétaire ( livres, caisses,...) engendre de nombreuses poussières. Les finitions à l'intérieur laissent à désirer. Vu le prix de la location on s'attendait pas à ce qu'il pleuve dans notre chambre et avoir notre matelas mouillé ! Une porte plutôt qu'un rideau pour séparer le salon de la chambre serait la bienvenue pour plus d'intimité.

Top maison! Nous recommandons pour des vacances en famille!
Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette maison qui dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de belles vacances en famille. La région est magnifique et les enfants ont adoré les jeux, la balançoire et la grande piscine. Puisque des enfants heureux font des parents qui peuvent réellement se détendre et profiter de leurs vacances, un tout tout grand merci! Juste un petit point d'amélioration, un ventilateur ne serait pas de trop pour rafraichir la mezzanine lors de fortes chaleur.

Bel endroit spacieux au calme
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison qui possède le charme des vieilles pierres, spacieuse, avec un très grand jardin, la cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée (ustensiles etc). Et biensûr la piscine !

Toute la famille a grandement apprécié le séjour dans cette maison. Nous connaissons la région et sommes heureux d'avoir été installés de manière confortable. La maison est bien équipée et bien entretenue. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé qu'il y ait des jeux sur place. Un grand merci pour l'accueil.
