Wisselend Tij Apartments (shifting of the tides) in Egmond aan Zee is situated at the most beautiful place of the old fischermans village: right near the lighthouse J.C.J. van Speijk in a quiet street at the centre..
Only 50 from the apartments you will find the beach, dunes and the charming centre of the village. There are lots of shops, restaurants , a supermarket. The apartments have a unique location next to the lighthouse, nearby the beach and the center.
On the ground level of our small apartmentbuilding. Apartment 'Eb' ('Ebb') for 2 persons is completely renovated December 2022.
Kitchentowels, Toiletpaper, cleaningproducts, soap are included. Free parking for 1 car (digital parking March-Oktober). There are many parkinglots around the apartments. . You can rent bedding (€ 12,00 per set) and towels (€ 10,00). Pet € 45,00.
You can also visit nice villages Bergen and Schoorl, Alkmaar with it's cheesemarket, Hoorn, Haarlem and Amsterdam (40 minutes). There is a bus stop in 1 minute from the apartments.

great location
great location, close to everything. The agent is easy to deal with and available. The unit is smaller than it appears in the photos, and there is no access to the terrace that is seen in pics (at least from the small unit). I strongly recommend the listing agent should separate the units in listing for clarity. Other than that. Great location for the price.

Tolle Unterkunft- super zentral.
Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage. Aber trotz der Lage ruhig. Nette Vermieterin- immer erreichbar- immer sehr hilfsbereit. Da zur Wohnung kein Parkplatz gehört- ein Parkausweis im Umfeld aber inklusive ist- kann die Suche nach einem Parkplatz speziell am Wochenende etwas Zeit kosten. Aber- es ist machbar. 😁 Wir werden wieder buchen. 👍

Wunderschönes Wochenende im Herbst
Wir hatten ein Wochenende in traumhafter Lage bei bestem Herbstwetter und einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin ist toll und das Appartement sehr gemütlich. Zentraler und gleichzeitig ruhiger kann man in Egmond kaum Urlaub machen.

Schöne Lage
Wir waren vom 03.01- 07.01.2023 zu Gast in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und in diesem schönen Ort. Wir (mein Mann, ich, unsere Tochter 6 Monate und unser Golden Retriever) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war die perfekte Mischung für uns. Eine ruhige Lage, aber um die Ecke sind gleich verschiedene Restaurants. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür und der Supermarkt war gleich die Straße runter. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und den Gastgebern war es sehr wichtig, dass wir rund um glücklich und zufrieden sind.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes kleines Appartment
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Sowohl zum Strand als auch in den Ortskern von Egmond aan Zee benötigt man nur wenige Minuten. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Hier ist man in 50 m direkt hinter der Düne am riesigen Strand und der tollen Nordsee, oder aber direkt in der netten kleinen Fußgängerzone ! ! ! 1a incl. Parkservice vor Ort !

Erholung vis a vis vom Leuchtturm
Wir haben die Woche in diesem gemütlichen, sauberen Appartement sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ideal: sowohl zum Strand als auch zur lebendigen Fußgängerzone sind es wenige Schritte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bei Rückfragen unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr erholsam,
Es passte alles, eine tolle Lage unter dem Leuchtturm, nahe dem Strand. Eine tolle Unterkunft, nicht ganz billig, aber dafür, dass man sich so wohl da fûhlt, muss man auch nicht alles draußen konsumieren. Man muss es mögen, nicht ganz zurückgrzogen zu leben. Habe selten so vielen Leuten hallo gesagt. Wir und unser Hund haben es genossen. Klare 5 Sterne.
