In the immediate vicinity, you will find an open-air and indoor swimming pool, a water sports centre, a daytime beach, a tennis hall, Thermae 2000, bicycle rental, a well-equipped shopping centre and excellent restaurants. This flat has a large living/dining room with open kitchen. In the basement you will find the bedrooms and the bathroom.
