Eindhoven City Center Apartment

Summary:
A spacious, private apartment with own entrance and roof terrace. It is located in the true center of Eindhoven, with less than 10 minutes walking from Eindhoven Central Station. The accommodation consists of two floors, in which the bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor, and a pull-out sleeping couch, kitchen, living room, dining table and access to the roof garden on the first floor. Activities are walking distance and if you need recommendations, just let me know! :)

Safe and Secure:

I want my guests to always feel safe and secure. Therefore, we have a doorbell camera installed at the frontdoor of the apartment.

Communication with me:

I maintain a high response rate, meaning that if my assistance is required, or something is missing, do not hesitate to contact me straight away regardless what time it might be!

When you have booked:

All the info you need to know (address, check-in) you will receive after your reservation. In case there are changes during your travels, do not hesitate to contact me! Here to help :)

Other Things to Note:
House Rules:
-No smoking inside (fine of €250)
-No prostitution allowed. Penalty of €500
-Pets are not allowed, otherwise, we need to charge an additional €150 for cleaning
-There is zero tolerance for parties and additional guests
-Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:oo PM
-We have a front door camera for security purposes. Please note that there are no cameras inside

Interaction with Guests:
The apartment is fully yours during your stay, meaning that you can enter and leave whenever you want, since you have your own entrance!
