OK, served it's purpose
The elevator has a weird smell, but the rest is ok, pillows and beds are a bit uncomfortable but otherwise a decent enough hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself is quite outdated and has a subtle unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom as there is no ventilation. The room was relatively clean with only a minor issue of dust.

Nice little hotel with very friendly staff, right in the center of the town. They have very nice restaurant as well. Only inconvenience is the lack of the refrigerator in the room.

The smart tv was an older model and it did not connect to the Internet and neither could any streaming apps be opened or used. The front desk agent Sara tried to assist but could not enable the smart tv. So that is the only remark, and late check-outs are not available. Other than that okay.

Very convenient location, you can walk to most things, or get a bus or train if needed. Friendly staff. Speak Nederlands Beware that there will be lots of people sat outside restaurants or bars smoking. Inside the room the heating pipes do creak a bit at night, if this will be a problem for you, you might want to bring ear plugs. Step free access, with lifts to all floors. Luggage storage for early arrival/day of checkout.

Staff was so helpful and nice. If you’re going to be up early, opt in for the breakfast, it is SO good. Amazing fresh baked breads and an assortment of meats and cheeses. And the restaurant outside of breakfast was great too. Perfectly located property close to Eindhoven Central train and bus station. Great service and great place to stay. If we’re ever back in Eindhoven, we would definitely stay at Queen again!

It is in a great spot central to everything. No parking so if in a car the city is pedestrianised from 11 am till 7 pm. Make sure you check out at 11 or you will get a phone call. Eg 11.03
