Eclectic Tiny House Farm Stay @ Eden East

Welcome to the newest tiny gem at Eden East SD. This fun space boasts an eclectic rock theme. The coziest 120 sq ft on the bottom and an even cozier sleeping loft on top. 850 sq ft enclosed private deck with daybed for stargazing, chairs, dining table and an outdoor kitchen and bathroom. Shared pool and hot tub on property. Located near the main house where there are chickens, dragon fruit farm and loads of other garden delights to enjoy. 2 guests max, no children under 12.

The space
This is a 12x10 tiny house (120') with a very cozy sleeping loft and an electric fireplace in the living room. There is an outdoor kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has an air fryer/toaster oven, a one burner cooktop and an electric grill, so it's not gourmet, but great for cooking simple meals. There is a small fridge. There is an 850' deck that is very private. It is located near our chicken coop and dragon fruit farm and is also near the main house on the property. If you have issues with heights or climbing a steep-ish ladder, probably not a good fit. The loft is 8' high. PLEASE BE CAREFUL CLIMBING UP AND DOWN THE LADDER (not responsible for injury) There is a 400 pound weight limit in the sleeping loft. This space was inspired by some of our favorite rock bands...David Bowie, Nick Cave, The Cure, and others. There is a fun book selection of all things rock and roll. It's like a cozy little time capsule cocoon to chill in and get lost in the memories :)

Guest access

We have a pool area where we have 3 other rentals, which is across an easement on our property. The pool is shared with us and any other guests who are staying on the property. Of course you are welcome to use the pool as well. Please follow pool rules and let us know if you'd like to use the hot tub, which we will turn on for you. The entry door on the house has a latch for when you are inside and there is a lock with key to the deck entrance. The lock on the main entry door does not work, but has a latch for when you’re inside but you will be able to lock the deck gate when you leave and when you are at the property.

Other things to note
Max of 2 guests. No children under 12 for safety reasons. This newest place is up by our house, but we give our guests privacy if they want it and we are also always available for a garden or property tour if you feel like it. The chickens roam free so you will definitely meet them, and we have some cats on

Great hideaway
If you are looking for a peaceful hideaway, check out this place. Heather is a great host, the cute property is as cozy as it looks and you get all the vibes of a country stay while being 15 minutes from everything!

We were in town for a family event, this place is so cool! Perfect lil hideaway, but near frwys and town. Hosts were super helpful place was spotless, and did I say, super cool!

A delightful and interesting property nestled in the rural east side of San Diego. The owners are the best and easy to work with. The "mini-house is well kept and matches any 5 star hotel in the area. The 60's rock and roll theme is very interesting and informative. There is a very relaxing common area with pool, hot tub and super environment available for your use. Again, a 5-star area. If you like a nice country environment with chickens and a friendly cat this is the place for you. We loved it.
