Situated by the harbour and only 300 meters from the excellent sandy blue flag awarded beaches, coves, boulevard and centre with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Our modern in 2021 renovated top floor apartment has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suit bathroom with shower, toilet, washstand and the second bathroom has a shower, toilet and washstand. The spacious living room, with sunny en-suit terrace with garden furniture, has a sit and a dining area with satellite television, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. The apartment is finished to a high standard and beautifully furnished. The apartment enjoys beautiful kept gardens, equipped with a large kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded by palm/olive trees, tennis court, lifts and security gates for a save and secure environment for children and parents.


FAQ: 1. Does the apartment has a nice view at the seaside? From the terrace you can see a quiet street, on the opposite side a similar building. Looking to the left you will see the sea and looking to the right you will have a landscape view of almond groves and mountains. Specially from the roof terrace you have a 360° spectacular view on the Costa Blanca and the surrounding area.

El Campello & Relax
Comfortable apartment within easy access to El Campello beachfront, marina and restaurants. 1 bedroom en-suite, bedroom 2&3 share a small shower room. You need to leave the apartment complex and cross a road to access the pool in the neighbouring complex. The pool area was grassed but no sun loungers were available. Visiting in September some of the restaurants were closing for the season and there was no public toilets open on the beach even though sun loungers were available for hire.

More than satisfied.
The apartment was as described. It was clean and well equipped for our stay. Although peak period the block was very quiet. The beach is a short walk away and there are supermarkets nearby. The pool area is between fase 1 and 2 which wasn’t expected but in reality is only across a minor road. Everything is key access to ensure residence only. The apartment was a pleasure to stay in and met are need sufficiently. We were met at the apartment and shown around it by Helene, she enquired how we were getting on and made contact to arrange departure. We had her mobile number if required for issues but had no need to disturb her.

Fantastic apartment!
This really is a lovely apartment, large and spacious with everything youd need for a great week or 2 in campello. It really cant be faulted. The large balcony gets the sun the whole day. Very short walk to the marina/beach. We will definitely book this apartment again. Owner is also very friendly and helpful. Everyghing perfect.

Week in the sun
We stayed here as a family of 5 adults. The apartment was perfect for our requirements. There was plenty of space for all of us. The apartment has air conditioning which was great for the hot nights. It is within walking distance of the seafront and all the restaurants. There is a tram station nearby that will bring you into Alicante in half an hour. The only downside was the pool was out of order while we were there but it was being fixed just jot in time for us. Overall it is an ideal apartment for a week in the sun beside the beach.

Owner is very friendly always happy to help. Apartment is very clean and modern. Having two children to entertain they enjoy the selection of games in the apartment. Swimming pool is massive and clean kids never came out of it which was a bonus for us. To make our trip easier we had the shopping delivered from the Mercadona there app is in English and Spanish. We look forward to going again

Fabulous apartment with great pool
We've just returned from a 2 week stay at Erwin's apartment and had a fantastic holiday. The apartment is huge, has everything you could possibly need including an abundance of bath towels. The air con was definitely needed and a great addition. Location was great, just 5 mins wall to the busy prom full of shops and restaurants. The pool was really good top, especially for small children. Would highly recommend the accommodation, a great stay.

This was our first ever stay at VRBO location and I think it may have spoiled us for the future. Erwin was truly amazing. He went above and beyond with his service. He knew we were coming from Canada on a long flight and would be arriving late. He prestocked the kitchen with a small amount of groceries which was a lifesaver because after sleeping for 15 hours all we wanted was to eat. The apartment is well equipped with linen, kitchen items as well as a shopping cart to pick up groceries. We were celebrating our 31st anniversary at Christmas and Erwin provided a bottle of wine and even presents under the Christmas tree! The apartment has a good selection of books and magazines in a multitude of languages for the reader and dvds for the movie buff. The location is a short walk to both the boardwalk and the tram. Would definitely stay there again and refer it to friends and family. Excellent holiday.

Great location
We had a great time in El Campello, the apartment is only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the promenade which has lots of restaurants, bars and cafe’s. The apartment met all our needs and the communal pool area was great. Would have been 5 stars if there had been air conditioning.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped and clean. The pool area was perfect for us with children aged 5 & 8, we spent most of our time here! The gentlemen who met us to hand over the keys were helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and come again.

Lovely Apartment Beautiful Area
We stayed for 7 nights and found the apartment suited all our needs. The only downside was no air con which during August would have been greatly received. This was my first stay in a non packaged holiday but has definitely opened my eyes to holidaying. The shower in the communal bathroom was great except the size of the cubical which only had a shower curtain to stop the water from flooding the bathroom. Once we realised how we needed to shower it was ok. Bedrooms are a lovely size with the master bedroom and en suite being fab. Approx 10 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. The beach was great and restaurants did not disappoint. The pool is not located in the same part of the complex which we found a little deceiving from the photo. This did not cause too much of an issue as the beach was very accommodating. Overall had a lovely holiday and if I visited the area again I would look to book this apartment.

Lovely complex for all ages
My partner and I stayed end July/Aug with his 15 year old daughter and our 18month toddler. We LOVED the pool area. Apartment is slightly dated but all clean and tidy. Definitely in need of an AC unit installing. We didn’t think it would be 35c most days but only sealing fans and in one bedroom it didn’t have the speed changes working was getting very difficult at nights. We bought another 2 fans just to make it bearable. Although it is my fault for not checking there was AC. Local shop for water/milk is more like 10/15 mins walk (longer on way back as all up hill carrying all your supplies) the area is lovely though and good views. It was nice being at the quieter end of town but still in walking distance. Beach was busy but we did go in summer hols. Lots of good eating places. Would return but either when AC has been installed or a much cooler time of year. Overall we all enjoyed our holiday (I think our toddler enjoyed the most which I’m so happy about!)

Well equipped spacious apartment.
Erwin was extremely helpful,communication was quick and friendly. We experienced problems on arrival as we was unable to make initial contact with Cathy. Erwin quickly sorted and we was met by a lovely friendly Spanish lady with her daughter to hand over the keys. The apartment was large and extremely well equipped with everything we wanted. But the master bedroom mattress was exceptionally comfortable. The Hiberber supermarket was a 10-15 min walk away and the prices were extremely reasonable. Or 5 mins further a large Mercadona. We enjoyed walks along the scenic beach front that had a large choice of bars, restaurants and gift shops. We visited Alicante & Benidorm by tram, the tram station is just a 15-20 min walk from the apartment. We loved our stay in in El Campello.

The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed to make our holiday a self catering one. The apartment could do with some upgrading , no mirrors in two of the bedrooms. There is no view of the pool even from the roof terrace . The pool was unusable due to the fact that it hadn't been filtered and some of the filters were full of flies. Round the edges of the were rusty where it was needing painted. Cats were sitting round the pool so we considered it would be a health hazard to use the pool. We never saw anyone use it . Enjoyed our stay in Campello but wouldn't use this complex again. E Rodgers.

Lovely family getaway
The property was well suited to our family needs. The facilities in the apartment were very good and useful for a family. It was indeed very close to the harbour and beach, but as my husband needed to use a wheelchair pushing him back up from the town or beach was a little challenging! El Campello is a lovely friendly town.

Beautiful apartment, would definitely recommend.
We have just returned from 2 weeks at this apartment. All communication with the owner was very prompt & helpful, as was the management company who met us with the keys. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need & is cleaned to a high standard. The pool is lovely & it's only a short walk to the beautiful beach.

Excellent Apartment
We stayed here in July 2017 - two couples and a teenager. Apartment was spacious and clean with all the facilities we needed. Bedrooms got a bit hot overnight especially number 3 as fan seemed a bit slower than the others. We soon solved though by buying a free standing fan which we left for next people. Underground garage great - a bit spooky as took us a while to find our way out to the lift! Pool lovely - warmest one I've been in for ages. Short walk to beach and restaurants and not too commercialised which was great. Overall an excellent place to stay - I would definitely recommend.

Neat and tidy in an ideal location and close to excellent Beach, Marina and Waterfront Restaurants. Lived up to property description, enjoyed Breakfast on Balcony each morning with Sea Views. Great also as a touring base with Alicante, La Villa Joisa and Benidorm within easy reach. Our agent Cathy was extremely helpful and Instructions and Maps were provided upon our arrival. Crystal clear Sea on safe Beach, all in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Well equipped apartment. Bus stop outside apartment to tram station 1.5 Euros. Tram to Alicante 1.5 Euros. Bus to airport from Alicante 3.85 Euros. Taxi airport to apartment 42 Euros. Nice modern apartment.

Nice apartment in good location!
We just came home from a short autumn break in el Campello and we really can’t wait to go back again! The apartment was specious with all the necessary equipment for a self catering holiday. Oven, dish washer, washing machine…. Everything was there. We found the apartment well maintained and clean. The location of the complex itself is very convenient as everything is close by. In this perspective a car was not necessary. Although there is a nearby train station that connects el Campello to other coastal villages, we diced to rent a car which gave us more freedom and the opportunity to discover the beautiful inland side of the region. We would definitely recommend this place and we hope to come back soon again.
