Service was excellent. Friendly and accessible staff. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. We were there during cooler weather so no issues with room temperature. However, I noticed there is no AC so that would be a concern for me in warmer weather. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has the best WiFi in all of El Chalten. Wherever we went it was so bad. The views are like no other because the hotel sits on top of a hill. Service was excellent, especially from Florencia who helped me practice my Spanish. We had dinner here one night and food was spectacular. Our stay was very memorable

I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This hotel is such a gem! We loved the sleek cabin style design of the hotel and cozy rooms. We were on the 2nd floor and had a great view of the valley. The staff was so lovely and made sure my family and I (toddler included) had everything we needed. They also had a staff member on hand every evening to help us plan and coordinate our day hikes in the area. At the end of each day, it was nice to take a plunge in the hot tub and enjoy the sauna (by reservation). Overall the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. If I’m lucky enough to make it back to El Chalten, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I could not recommend this hotel enough! The service and amenities were perfect from the second we arrived. They had fresh juice and cookies in the lobby that hit the spot after a long day of travel to get there. Everything was clean and cozy all throughout the hotel and common spaces. The valley view room was one of the best views we’ve ever had in a hotel room. The welcome drinks in the lobby were an amazing way to start our trip. And their support to help you plan your hikes is very appreciated. I also have to highlight Florencia at the front desk, she was one of the main reasons we had such an amazing time. We looked forward to seeing her every evening and she was approachable and so lovely.

Absolutely amazing service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help us during our stay. The views from the room and the breakfast area were out of this world and the beds were very very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was super helpful and responsive. The on-staff mountain guide helped us plan our hiking around the weather to get the best experience possible. Restaurant was fantastic.
