I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Magnolia, Arkansas, and was disappointed with my experience. I paid $228.76 for a small room, which compounded my dissatisfaction given the issues encountered. The room cleanliness was subpar, with dust and stains on the furniture and bedding. The noise from traffic and adjacent rooms made it difficult to sleep, and the bathroom was noisy and leaked water all night. Additionally, the coffee maker in my room didn't work, and when I asked for assistance, the front desk responded that they did not offer room service but I could come down and they would try to find a replacement. This level of service and the overall room condition were far below the expected standards of the Hampton brand.

I pulled the extra blanket of the bag and placed it accross my dog kennel. There was a bed bug on it. I looked around the room and did not see anything else. I did wake up to a few bug bites. I did not say anything due to the hotel not having any other rooms available. When I checked I mentioned that there was a lot of cars. The checkin guy told me. They was full.
