The staff is always very friendly and professional. The facility very clean and comfortable, and always a competitive price. This is the ONLY hotel we stay in when we visit El Dorado AR.

The stay was nice. The breakfast was not up to my expectations. The breakfast had eggs one morning and sausage the next. They did not prepare enough pancake mix for the guest. There was not enough drinking water available unless you purchased from the machine.

Hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was decent. Pool was out of service which sucked because that’s the reason I booked this hotel. The only real complaint I have is that I smelled the wet dog smell in the bathroom.

Nice property, very clean and a friendly staff. Only complaint is the very, very, very strong odor of FABULOSO that was used to clean the room. I didn't mind, but my wife is very sensitive to overpowering smells.
