Just an ok rental
I first want to rate the owner, Felipe, as very nice and helpful. We entered the home and discovered it had not been fully cleaned. After trying to contact him and then using VRBO support center, I was able to get quick assistance from the home owner. It is an older home that has had low end upgrades. It is more suited for a group of army buddies or college guys wanting to hang out. The couch is worn, kitchen is very dark, a/c is controlled by the owner, garage is not accessible, washer/dryer are very used, and back yard hang out area is bordering junky. T The owner stated he was in Arizona. It might be best for him to reevaluate his home. Cabinet doors were hung upside down, poor paint job, low end bedding. However, the price was cheap which I guess goes along with the conditions. If that doesn't bother you, then go for it. I used VRBO for about 10 years and I've never experienced a stay like this before. Choose wisely. I did ask for a partial refund, but he hasn't responded.
