Shuttle services only run every 2 hours. I was not told I needed to let the management know I needed to request the shuttle. I was told the shuttle started at 8:30am and ran every 2 hours after. I waited outside for the 10:30 shuttle for 10 minutes roughly before asking the manager if the 10:30 shuttle was going to be coming. She stated that I did not let her know, but that the shuttle driver was up in his room. I called for an uber because I did not want to wait for a service after being given the run around for the 2nd time this stay related to receiving a shuttle ride.

The furniture needs to be updated and it’s really time for some new mattresses. The restaurant was really good and breakfast area was great and staff in that area were awesome! The manager was the best!

I always stay here when I travel to Little Rock and its always great. Nice staff, reasonably priced. The neighborhood around is always sketchy to me. I dont feel safe after dark to walk across the street because I travel alone so thats why I enjoy the attached restaurant and bar but this time it was closed and I was disappointed. Obviously no reflection of the hotel but it would have been nice to know when I booked

Winter ice refuge

Overall it is a good hotel if you are staying overnight. The most convenient part is the free shuttle service to the airport. There was no heater in the room. I cannot say that it was quiet at all, you can hear the door closing or almost banging if they close it. I can also hear TV playing overnight from other room. If you are only staying overnight I don’t think this will be a huge issue.

Tv would come on, but it bounced around the directv logo, you could not change the channel or nothing. Only just hear it. Bathroom sink would not get hot. Bottom of the sink shelf was broken. There’s no phone in the room to call room service or the front desk. Horrible horrible not worth $113 plus when it’s says breakfast included they will throw $12 extra in on yourb bill at check out

Urine at base of toilet, toilet seat VERY loose and unsafe (I fixed it), dirty floor, torn shower curtain, soap dispenser empty, broken soap dish, coffee machine inoperable, lampshade and headboards in bad shape, door handle smashed into and damaged wall (prior to our stay), light bulb out, dirty walls, no laundry bag.

Unfriendly and Unwelcoming Staff

Overnight stay booked for pet-friendly accomodations-part of a 3-day road trip. Front desk staff upon check-in, a late evening inquiry, and upon checkout were all unfriendly and unwelcoming. Upon check-out, I requested a printed receipt (as I always do). I was told by the desk clerk that since I booked through a 3rd party, they do not print receipts, I have to get that from the 3rd party. This has never been the case with any booking I've made through hotels.com (many over 15+ years). Further, we stayed at another IHG property during this same trip (with very friendly staff) and they provided a printed receipt upon request. Will not stay here again. I will also be contacting the hotel directly with feedback about unfriendly customer service. Also not convenient for pets-all rooms are on upper floors with most not conveniently located to elevators. The room was comfortable and clean.
